Description

A creamy and flavorful tahini garlic sauce perfect for drizzling over salads or as a dip.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup tahini paste
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Using a mortar and pestle, crush the garlic cloves with the salt into a paste.
  2. Add the crushed garlic, tahini paste, and lime juice to a food processor and blend.
  3. Add the water gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in parsley if using. Serve.
