Description

A refreshing and healthy frozen treat made with Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Low fat Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • 15 grams vanilla protein powder (1/2 scoop-1 scoop depending on the brand)
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2+ teaspoons honey or sweetener of your choice to taste
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon granola

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Puree the strawberries in a blender or mash them with a fork.
  3. Combine the yogurt, honey (or other sweetener), vanilla protein powder, blended strawberries, and milk. If your mix seems too thick, you can add a little bit more milk to thin out the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and granola.
  5. Freeze for 3-4 hours until totally frozen. Break or cut the bark into large pieces.
  6. Store in an air-tight container or cover the bark with plastic or freezer wrap.
