Description

Delicious pancake bake perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pancake mix (Krusteauz used)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole or 2% is best)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp maple extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Use a bowl to mix together ingredients until it is smooth.
  3. When oven is preheated, spray sheet pan with non stick spray and pour in batter (do not fill pan further than 3/4 of the way full or may overflow).
  4. If you want to add berries or chocolate chips sprinkle on now.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned on the top.
  6. Use a pizza cutter to slice into squares and serve with syrup.
