- 14 sheets chocolate graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 cup caramel sauce, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
- In a 9×13-inch dish, arrange a single layer of chocolate graham crackers.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over crackers evenly.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Add another layer of graham crackers and spread the remaining cream mixture.
- Drizzle more caramel and sprinkle pecans again (optional).
- Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts. Stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over the top and spread evenly.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Garnish with more caramel, chopped pecans, and sea salt before serving.
