Description

Delicious taco chicken pizza topped with cheese and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pizza Dough (Store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 lb Cooked Chicken Breast (Shredded or diced)
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning (Use your favorite brand)
  • 1 cup Taco Sauce (For spreading on the pizza)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Or a blend of Mexican cheeses)
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce (For garnish)
  • 1 medium Tomato (Diced)
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (For drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Jalapeños (Optional for heat)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine the cooked chicken and taco seasoning. Stir until the chicken is well coated and heated through.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the taco sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  5. Top with the seasoned chicken, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and jalapeños before slicing and serving.
