- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Drizzle with extra sauce before serving.

- For best results, let the chicken marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes before baking.
