Ingredients

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
