- Preheat the oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures that the chicken cooks evenly and the glaze caramelizes nicely.
- Prepare the chicken: While the oven heats up, take your boneless, skinless chicken breasts and place them in a large mixing bowl. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, which helps the glaze adhere better.
- Make the glaze: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and optional apple cider vinegar. Aim for a smooth consistency — it should be thick but pourable.
