Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks develop.
- Gently fold in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop dollops of the mixture onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly golden around the edges.
