Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or lemon juice

Preheat the Oven: Start by heating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Cabbage: Remove any damaged outer leaves from your cabbage. Then, slice the cabbage into ¾-inch thick rounds. Try to keep the core intact so the slices hold their shape.

Season Generously: Arrange the cabbage slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Brush each piece with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Flip and repeat on the other side for even flavor.

Roast Until Golden: Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and golden and the centers are tender. Depending on your oven, you may want to broil for the last 2 minutes for extra crispiness.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley or a light squeeze of lemon juice for brightness. Serve hot as a main or side dish.
