- 0 cup dairy-free butter or coconut oil (melted)
- 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a square pan with parchment paper.
- Melt dairy-free butter or coconut oil over low heat.
- Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and salt.
- Gradually stir in powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Spread mixture into prepared pan and smooth top.
- Refrigerate until firm, then slice and serve.
