Description
Delicious rice crispy treats topped with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 3 cups Rice cereal
- 4 cups Mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons Butter (Unsalted)
- 1 cup Fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips (For drizzling)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and mini marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the rice cereal until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish evenly.
- Evenly distribute the fresh blueberries over the rice crispy base.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the blueberries.
- Allow to cool and set before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Make sure to grease the baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
