Description

Delicious and tender slow cooker beef brisket with rich BBQ flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 lb beef brisket
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, and brown sugar and rub onto brisket.
  2. Whisk BBQ sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Place onions in slow cooker and set brisket on top.
  4. Pour sauce over brisket ensuring full coverage.
  5. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 5 to 6 hours.
  6. Remove brisket and rest for 10 minutes then slice.
  7. Simmer leftover sauce for 5 to 7 minutes and pour over brisket.
