This delicious Pumpkin Cream Cheese Dip is perfect for fall gatherings!

- 1 cup pumpkin pie filling
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- to taste Graham crackers and/or sliced apples for serving
- optional crushed gingersnap cookies or graham crackers for topping
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Cool Whip, pumpkin pie filling, vanilla extract, and salt with a hand mixer on medium speed until the dip is light and airy.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
- Top with crushed gingersnaps, graham crackers, or a dusting of cinnamon before serving.
