- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- to taste Italian seasoning
- optional bell peppers or peas
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; break apart as it cooks.
- Add the diced onion and cook until soft; stir in minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and add pasta; bring to a simmer while stirring gently.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning to taste.
- Once pasta is tender (about 10-12 minutes), lower heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
