  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in diced bell peppers; cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add canned tomatoes with juice and beef broth; bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Mix in elbow macaroni and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer on low heat for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese; cover briefly until melted.
