Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut larger ones in half.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; whisk until well-blended.
  4. Toss the halved potatoes in the glaze until evenly coated.
