Description

This creamy Artichoke Spinach Dip is perfect for parties and gatherings, packed with cheese and flavor!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add in the grated Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese to the mixture. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, thawed spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture into your slow cooker and spread it out evenly.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or on high for up to 1 hour, stirring halfway through if possible. Cook until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheeses have melted.
  7. In the last 10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and cover to melt.
  8. If the dip is too thick for your liking, you can stir in a bit of milk or cream to reach your desired consistency.
  9. Before serving, taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
