- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Add in the grated Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese to the mixture. Mix until evenly combined.
- Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, thawed spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into your slow cooker and spread it out evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or on high for up to 1 hour, stirring halfway through if possible. Cook until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheeses have melted.
- In the last 10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and cover to melt.
- If the dip is too thick for your liking, you can stir in a bit of milk or cream to reach your desired consistency.
- Before serving, taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

- This dip can be served with tortilla chips, bread, or fresh vegetables.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
