Description

A delicious and nutritious overnight oats recipe with chocolate and peanut butter.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup powdered peanut butter (can sub 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter instead)
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup (can sub honey or agave)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sliced banana, chocolate chips, extra peanut butter drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in the oats until fully combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until thick and creamy.
  4. Stir before serving and add toppings.
