Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 small slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper; form into 12 small patties.
- Heat a griddle over medium-high heat; cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side. Add cheese to melt during the last minute.
- In a small bowl, combine all special sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Assemble sliders by spreading special sauce on bun bottoms, adding a patty, lettuce, and pickles before topping with the other bun half.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
