Instructions
- Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados to your desired consistency using a fork or potato masher.
- Stir in lime juice, cilantro, red onion, tomato, and jalapeño if using.
- Add salt and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
