This spicy baked salmon recipe is quick, easy, and full of flavor!
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and place skin-side down on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice until smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of sauce over each salmon fillet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness.
- Switch oven to broil and cook salmon an additional 2 to 3 minutes until sauce is bubbly and lightly caramelized.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with remaining sauce.
Notes
- For even more flavor, marinate salmon in the sauce for an hour before baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
